The great thing about the Mini Tech Patio Heater is that it uses surface combustion technology rather than the traditional burner/emitter assembly. In doing so it provides and amazingly hot and economical unit which creates infra red heat. The primary benefits to this are as follows: 1) Because the heater is infra red, it is completely unaffected by wind. 2) It is very environmentally friendly and efficient because there is absolutely no wasted gas or heat. 3) Consequently it is extremely safe and hot.
